So I leave the house this morning to find that it was -41oC outside with the windchill factor. It never ceases to amaze me how Winnipeggers find temperatures like this normal and acceptable. They act like it doesn’t even bother them! We’re a city of tough SOBs let me tell you. Now excuse me while I go sip my hot cocoa. With mini marshmellows of course.

Well I think I’ve decided that a Tumblog will be my new blogging platform. It’s just so quick and easy to use. It lacks commenting, but people can just @ Twitter me if they want to chat. I’ve chosen a simple theme for right now, but will be switching to something custom as I find time to create one. Hopefully this will be the start of something good!
